I was astounded to hear that the material that has started being put down on these paths is the final finish (heard second hand from another resident who was speaking with the contractor). It's little more than sand and has already started to break up! Does anyone know to whom we can write and complain to?

Thanks - Gregor

Not helped by the couple of lads I noticed skidding their bikes on it! I'm sure that's fun and you can't blame them, but its not going to last long. As you imply, it needs asphalt.

I rather expected something a bit more elaborate than a single path from one end to the other in a curve. The area down the bottom is as good as inaccessible. Not exactly what I imagined from a 'park'. It seems to have been completely abandoned.

There was also some fly covered dog mess on the path which I had to steer my young son around (he certainly couldn't venture onto the 'grass' because its essentially a field of thistles). Pretty much sums up my opinion of the 'park'.
